Old parcels will be valued at £30
For New parcels maximum refund will be £200
Refund will only be given if proof of purchase is provided.
The parcel may be disposed off if unnecessary items found in the parcel without our permission.
If parcel is not received in Pakistan and no enquiry is made within 10 weeks, we will dispose of the parcel without notice.
The parcel will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks and may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances if any.
If any threats or abusive language is used, there will be no refund and the parcel will be disposed of without any correspondence.
There is no warranty for any war conditions or any Force Manoeuvres.
Any complaints should be notified within 24 hours of receiving any parcel in Pakistan or Azad-Kashmir. After this confirmed period Fast Cargo Services Ltd. is not responsible for any loss you may encounter.
Fast Cargo Services Ltd take utmost care of any fragile cargo i.e. Electric or Electronic goods are couriered at owners risk. if any damage occurs Fast Cargo Services Ltd is not responsible.
